PresidentThe union President’s role consists of presiding over Membership Meetings, being responsible for keeping meetings in order, identifying co-facilitators and note takers, keeping the schedule of meetings, and circulating agenda in a timely manner. They also sign all orders on the treasury and countersign all checks.

Recording SecretaryThe duties of the Recording Secretary shall consist of keeping a correct record of the proceedings of the Local Union, signing all orders on the treasury authorized by the Local Union, and conducting the general correspondence of the Local Union which does not pertain

Financial Secretary/TreasurerThe duties of the Financial Secretary shall consist of liaising with and serving as a member ex officio of the Finance Committee, signing all checks, and reporting in writing every month at a membership meeting monies received and paid by the Local Union, divided as between the various income and expenditure classifications, and the remaining balances in the fund accounts of the Local Union.
